Early diagnosis, prompt initiation of disease-modifying therapy, and continuous monitoring are essential for achieving remission and preventing irreversible joint damage. Advances in neuroscience, medical imaging, molecular biology, and digital technologies have significantly improved the diagnosis and management of diseases affecting the nervous system. Early detection and timely intervention are essential for reducing disease progression and improving patient outcomes. Modern diagnostic techniques, including neuroimaging, biomarker analysis, electrophysiological studies, and artificial intelligence-assisted assessment, have enhanced clinical accuracy. At the same time, innovative therapeutic approaches such as targeted pharmacotherapy, neuromodulation, gene therapy, and personalized medicine are transforming neurological care. Ushbu maqolada ikkala turdagi MRT tizimlarining texnik xususiyatlari, signal-shovqin nisbati (SNR), kontrast-shovqin nisbati (CNR), fazoviy o‘lchamlari, skanerlash vaqtlari, turli klinik sohalarda (neyroimaging, abdominal, kardiak, muskuloskeletal, prostate) qo‘llanilish samaradorligi, shuningdek, artefaktlar, xavfsizlik va iqtisodiy samaradorlik jihatlari qiyosiy tahlil qilinadi. 3 T tizimlar yuqori SNR, yaxshilangan fazoviy o‘lchamlar va qisqaroq skanerlash vaqtlari kabi afzalliklarga ega bo‘lsa-da, yuqori xarajatlar, artefaktlarga moyillik, RF isishi va implantlari bo‘lgan bemorlar uchun xavfsizlik muammolari mavjud. 1.5 T tizimlar esa iqtisodiy jihatdan tejamkor, artefaktlarga chidamli va implantli bemorlar uchun xavfsizroq bo‘lib, standart diagnostik muolajalar uchun optimal hisoblanadi. Laser-assisted arthroscopy combines high surgical precision with minimal tissue trauma, allowing effective management of meniscal tears, chondral lesions, synovial disorders, and selected ligament-related conditions.
