OPTIMIZATION OF THE LAPAROSCOPIC DIAGNOSTIC APPROACH FOR COMBINED CLOSED INTESTINAL INJURY

Abstract

The aim of the study was to standardize the treatment and diagnostic approach for combined blunt intestinal injury in order to improve treatment outcomes.
Materials and methods. Analysis of literary sources of Russian and foreign authors on this issue.
Results. A clear treatment and diagnostic algorithm has been developed for combined closed intestinal injury, based on the severity of the patient, a detailed description of the phased surgical treatment based on the principles of evidence-based medicine is given.
