NEW METHODS COMPARISON OF COST EFFICIENCY OF TISSUE EXTRACTION TECHNIQUES IN LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY

Abstract

Comparison of cost effectiveness of different tissue extraction techniques in laparoscopic surgery. 230 patients were included in the retrospective study. They were operated laparoscopically in Samarkand branch of Republican Research Center of Emergency Medicine. Our experience shows that using of self made endobags in not difficult even for beginners in laparoscopic surgery. Prices for commercially prepared evacuation systems ranged from $42 to $274. Using of selfmade evacuation systems reduces the overal cost of operations. Using of selfmade evacuation systems from sterile gloves and stitches is economically effective. This selfmade system is easy in use and construct.
