Abstract

Currently, diseases of the bronchopulmonary system are widespread among the population. Timely detection and clarifying diagnosis of many of them is based on traditional radiography and X-ray computed tomography of the chest organs. According to some authors, one of the main reasons for the development of COPD is smoking. At the same time, among the risk factors are occupational inhalation hazards, atmospheric and indoor air pollution, recurrent respiratory tract infections, low socio- economic level of large sections of the population, genetic predisposition (especially al- antitrypsin deficiency), respiratory tract hyperreactivity , as well as impaired growth and development of the lungs.
